Giornate pays homage to the man who founded it in 2004 with a screening of Maselli’s film Avventura di un fotografo (1983), on the centenary of Italo Calvino’s birth, courtesy of Rai Teche. Citto will “greet” Giornate audiences on our opening day in the Sala Perla, via a film based on his Frammenti di ‘900 (2005). The event has been jointly arranged with BookCiak, Azione!
