In 2005, the motorcycle racer Fabrizio Meoni, winner of two Paris-Dakars, met his death in the Mauritanian desert. The documentary follows his son Gioele for a year and a half and his spartan existence in the Sahara.

Irene Saderini directed the short film Drive Tastefully (2010) in Los Angeles, for the platform Petrolicious. Since 2014 she has worked at Sky and Mediaset. In 2022, she directed the documentary Sea Shepherd – I guardiani del Mare.
Tommaso Gorani, while based in France, made three short films and also worked on the following films: Lucy by Luc Besson, Taken 3 by Olivier Megaton, Bis by Dominique Farrugia, and Willy 1er by Ludovic and Zoran Boukherma, Marielle Gautier, and Hugo P. Thomas, as well as Jackie by Pablo Larrain.
